A Lifelong Search for the Wisdom Within
I’m Christa Rae Pacheco, Founder and Creator of Edelwize™.
My journey began in Bern, Switzerland, surrounded by the majestic beauty and strength of the Alps. My parents were avid mountain climbers who became engaged at the summit of the Matterhorn — a place forever connected in my heart with courage, devotion, and the aspiration to love.
According to an old Alpine legend, a young man climbed the rocky face of a steep mountain to gather Edelweiss flowers so he could demonstrate his bravery and devotion to the woman who had captured his heart. This is how this rare flower became the symbol for eternal love.
My parents’ story and the legend of the Edelweiss flower have always held deep meaning for me. The flower thrives in demanding conditions, blooms in seemingly inhospitable places, and carries extraordinary restorative and protective properties.
Its story reflects my own.
The Question That Began Everything
My father died when I was four years old, leaving my mother to raise her children while rebuilding her life and livelihood. My early years brought hardship, responsibility, and experiences that awakened profound questions within me.
At nine years old, I remember sitting on my bed, looking toward the ceiling, and asking:
Why did he leave us? Why am I unloved? Why are we so poor? Who or what creates our circumstances? Are we at the mercy of an outside power, or do we create our own reality, and if yes, how?
The answers I received from the world around me inspired an even deeper search. I understood that spiritual stories carried deep layers of meaning and that Truth could be recognized through an inner resonance—a deep Knowing within my Self.
Those childhood questions became the beginning of my lifelong exploration into spirituality, human consciousness, healing, love, and the conscious creation of my own reality.

Creating My Own Footprints
My mother was a gifted Master Florist who envisioned I would preserve her legacy. My own path called me toward art, creativity, and a life beyond the world I already knew.
I secured an apprenticeship as a Display Artist, was educated at the College of Art, and graduated four years later. Soon afterward, I moved to California and began an entirely new chapter.
I learned English, eventually got married and started a business with my first husband. I became the mother of two extraordinary children, and continued searching for answers to the questions that had lived within me since childhood.
In my early twenties, I found a meditation teacher who showed me how meditation could become a way to connect with my higher Self, receive higher Guidance, and discern what felt congruent with the highest Good, highest Truth, and highest Source.
For the first time, I had a focused practice through which I could explore my questions and receive answers that resonated with my inner Knowing.
Discovering Universal Truths
Instead of studying psychology, I paid attention to cause and effect. I explored spiritual traditions, metaphysics, ancient wisdom, began to follow my inner Guidance, and integrated my own observations on the nature of existence.
Across cultures, spiritual traditions, and ancient customs, I discovered a shared understanding: a greater Intelligence animates life, and love is the intrinsic essence of our Being.
I noticed the relationship between our inner world and the reality we experience. I recognized that the way we perceive, value, and relate to ourselves profoundly influences our choices, relationships, opportunities, and capacity to experience love.
That realization awakened my devotion to healing my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies and the conscious creation of a life guided by my own inner Knowing.
A Spiritual Lineage
Sensitivity to the unseen appears throughout my family history.
My father communicated with the realm beyond our physical experience during a time when the world around him had little language or acceptance for explorations of that nature. My maternal grandfather drew upon spiritual insight to develop his own holistic healing system.
Their lives showed me both the impact of receiving Knowledge from beyond the visible world and the profound courage required to carry that Knowledge into human life.
From childhood, I experienced an inner presence that communicated with me through simple teachings, metaphors, and Guidance I could understand. When I learned to connect consciously with the spiritual realm in my early twenties, I eventually came to recognize this presence as Archangel Michael.
My experience of Michael differs from traditional religious portrayals. I know him as a loving, direct, and wonderfully humorous teacher whose Guidance helped me integrate and share complex spiritual principles in clear and practical ways.
Over time, I came to understand my connection with the angelic realm as part of my spiritual lineage and purpose. The teachings I received became the beginning of what would eventually grow into the Edelwize Life Philosophy, systems, practices, and tools.
Spiritual Wisdom, Lived in Everyday Life
The teachings have always been grounded in everyday life.
I’ve applied, observed, tested, and refined them through motherhood, relationships, business, more than 30 years of private client work, and the full spectrum of human experience.
Their purpose is beautifully practical: to help us experience enduring inner peace, meet life from a powerful perspective, and discover the tremendous gift held within every experience — especially in moments that arrive through insult, injury, disappointment, or loss.
Each experience carries a gift. Learning how to look for it, recognize it, and apply it transforms the way we meet life.
This is the heart of Edelwize: developing such a strong relationship with your real Self and true Knowing that you can meet life with clarity, inner authority, love, and a deep sense of inner peace.

From Personal Healing to a Life of Teaching
My personal healing journey gradually became my life’s work.
For more than 30 years, I worked privately with individuals seeking meaningful transformation. Throughout those decades, I observed, refined, curated, and integrated spiritual principles with practical methods for everyday life.
My purpose has always been empowerment. I teach people how to strengthen their connection with their real Self, recognize their true Knowing, and bring the Wisdom they discover into the way they live.
I’m a teacher. I share the principles, practices, and perspectives that allow each woman to access her own Wisdom and become increasingly Self-reliant in her relationship with her inner Guidance and real Self.
Over time, I developed an extensive body of exercises, practices, and transformational techniques. These became the foundation of the Edelwize™ system.
A Life Philosophy Created for Embodiment
At the heart of Edelwize™ are the Five Concepts of Edelwize™ — an all-encompassing Life Philosophy that forms the foundation of every teaching, practice, and experience within the curriculum.
These concepts bring spiritual understanding into practical daily living. They offer a cohesive framework for relating to our Selves, other people, life’s experiences, personal power, and the greater Intelligence that animates our physical forms.
I also developed the Edelwize™ DNA Scan, a comprehensive transformational system refined over more than 20 years. It reveals the patterns, wounds, inherited influences, beliefs, and energetic imprints shaping a person’s present experience.
Together, the Five Concepts and DNA Scan create a full-spectrum key to transformation—one that points to the connection between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our real Self.
From Meditation to a Way of Living
Meditation gave me an invaluable connection with my higher Self, higher Guidance, and highest Source. Over time, I desired to carry that clarity beyond the meditative state and into every conversation, relationship, decision, and experience.
More than 20 years ago, I transformed my formal daily meditation practice into a way of living.
That evolution became one of the foundational teachings of Edelwize:
learning how to remain grounded, centered, and connected with your internal Guidance throughout your day — wherever you are and whatever you’re doing.
Wisdom becomes transformational when it’s embodied.
Information can inspire us. Knowledge can expand us. Applying what we discover allows it to become lived Wisdom.
Opus Lux—A Work of Light
Years ago, I gathered many of my discoveries into a book titled Opus Lux, Latin for A Work of Light.
My literary agent felt publishers would compete for it. The manuscript explored several interconnected dimensions of human transformation at a time when the publishing world favored books devoted to a single theme.
The responses revealed that the work had arrived ahead of its time.
That experience became part of my preparation. It strengthened my trust in the interconnected nature of the teachings and affirmed that transformation reaches across every aspect of our lives. Our spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, relational, and practical experiences form one living whole.
Throughout my journey, some embraced my work immediately. Others experienced it as a challenge to familiar structures and beliefs. Even the most dramatic reactions strengthened my clarity, courage, and devotion to the work.
Each response became wind beneath my wings.
Every inquisition invited greater clarity. Every closed door inspired deeper refinement. Every experience strengthened the foundation beneath Edelwize™ and helped me express its teachings with greater precision, compassion, and integrity.
The path taught me to trust the Wisdom I carried until the women who could recognize it were ready to own their real Self.

The Birth of Edelwize™
For many years, I shared this work through my private practice at Avalon Healing Center and then Conscious People Thrive. When the physical practice had to close during the pandemic, I recognized that the teachings were ready to expand beyond the boundaries of a private office.
In 2021, Edelwize™ emerged as an advanced integrative Self-Mastery system and a gathering place for spiritually experienced women — a beautiful constellation of Souls devoted to living with greater consciousness, courage, love, and inner authority.
The name brings together two words:
Edel — Noble
Wize — Wisdom
Edelwize represents Noble Wisdom: the Wisdom that already exists within you and becomes available as you reconnect with your real Self, recognize your true Knowing, and embody the Guidance you receive.
Like the Edelweiss flower, this Wisdom can emerge through the most demanding terrain. It carries the courage of eternal love—the love that calls us home to our Selves, to one another, and to the lives we came here to live.
